The Law Offices of Frederick W. Nessler and Associates, LTD., has been helping people in their time of need for the last 45 years. In 1977, Frederick W. Nessler opened his first law office in Lincoln, Illinois. Mr. Nessler set out to make a difference for those with complex legal matters. The firm quickly found a reputation for aggressively advocating for their clients and winning results in the courtroom.
By 1995, the firm had expanded to eight locations across the State of Illinois and became one of the premier civil trial firms in the Midwest. The firm focused its practice areas on personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, workers’ compensation, and institutional sexual abuse. Due to the firm’s success in these areas of the law, they helped form better case law and statutes that would benefit those injured due to the negligence of others.

They now represent victims nationwide involving all different types of institutions, clergies, and denominations.
By 2017 The Law Offices of Frederick W. Nessler had grown to twelve locations nationwide; Including offices in Florida, Colorado, and Texas. The firm also expanded its areas of practice to include advocating for policyholders in residential and commercial first-party property Insurance claims.
